Mmmmm Magners is the business! I can't believe it's now all of a sudden ok to be seen drinking cider. A couple of months ago people would think you were either alcoholic or had an asbo if you ordered the stuff now it seems like every other persons drinking it!
....I've always liked it.....
and no I don't have an asbo!

Hello. My name's Matthew and while I probably wouldn't go so far as to say I am an alcoholic I have been a bit of a wreck head all Summer. I'm pleased to say I haven't drunk in 48 hours and have smoked just two licquorice flavoured roll-ups in the last week. Not very rock n roll i know but my body and mind feel slightly better already, I'm hoping my bank balance will be healthier in the coming months and my voice is sounding the best it has in a hell of a long time. Unfortunately my fiance still seems to hate me but there you go you can't have it all!

Is that the type of cider with "bits" floating at the bottom of the glass and that also has the power to rot your stomach??? ......good stuff!

GI diet seems like a good idea I avoid foods with wheat in because I'm sure I have an allergy to gluten or yeast. Bread is full of roobish anyway and I just eat healthily and try to excercise a little every day (20 mins on the excercise bike and a few small things too) No chocolate cravings for me though Don't like chocolate but you won't take the cidar away from me hehe

Cider's good. Not as good as Guinness in the taste department but surely not as fattening?!!? I exercise sporadically. Feel guilty when I don't but... Hang on, what am i going on about?!!?
