I set up a pa for this guy in Weston on Friday and played during his break. I could say a lot of things about him, particularly about his rather beautiful song 'Serendipity' (preferred his solo version to the 'remix') but I think I'll hand over to Beryl (although thinking about it I think Beryl's got the week off so we may have to wait for a while!)...
I reckon the tea lady's verdict will go down in legend though...

Can I just say - before Beryl's wise words.. I think this blokes great! I loved the covers he performed - totally original and like nothing I've heard before. Complete breath of fresh air and quite easy on the eyes too!

Bless Max. Gave him a thread then made it about me. Mind you it is my website! Nah only joking, strictly Max on this thread... Sweet voice, great lazy style of strumming that sounds quality. Some top original tunes and interesting choice of covers to compliment them in a pub set. Fair play to him
